How do I track my package?
When your item ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. At times, this tracking email may end up in your email spam folder. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a new tracking email.
Can I have the planner shipped to a different address from my billing address or send it to someone as a gift?
Just tell us at check out where and to whom you want it to be shipped! The caveat to this is if you are buying more than one planner in one order – in that case all planners in the same order must have the same address.
Is the Quilter’s Planner available outside of the United States?
We are able to ship this year to Canada and Australia. Here are our international shipping rates.
European customers can email us at email@example.com for a list of European shops who are carrying Quilter’s Planner products.
What determines the cost of International Shipping?
International Shipping is highly dependent on the weight and size of a product. Unfortunately, the Quilter’s Planner is not able to offer or guarantee tracking on packages once they have left the US, and we are unable to replace lost international packages.

The Quilter’s Planner measures 7 inches by 9 inches.
What’s the difference between the Quilter’s Planner and the Quilter’s Design Book?
The Quilter’s Planner includes both design tools AND monthly and weekly calendars, and quilting patterns for sewing inspiration. The Quilter’s Design Book is a planning tool that includes all your favorite organizational aspects of the Quilter’s Planner, but without calendars and quilting patterns.
Refund/ Returns Policy
All sales are final. Due to the high cost of shipping and re-stocking custom printed items, we are not able to take returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in your product.
If you purchased your Quilter’s Planner from a participating retailer and find that it has a manufacturing defect, or was damaged during the shipping process (damaged cover or tabs), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send photos of the damaged product for refund or replacement information.
If you find a page insertion error within your planner, please email email@example.com to request a replacement (we will pay the shipping).
When and how do items need to be returned in order to receive a replacement?
You do not need to return your original Quilter’s Planner. However, you may be asked to email a photograph if you received a damaged Quilter’s Planner. This helps us share quality control information with our printer so we can constantly work to improve our internal systems.
Shipping for replacements?
QuiltersPlanner.com will send replacement copies of damaged planners at no cost to the buyer.
Is there an in-store pick up option?
There are no in-store pick up options available.
Recycling of packing materials?
We use recycled and recyclable paper for our planners. You may place them in your home recycle bin. Please re-use the bubble wrap!
