The day is finally here…. The Quilter’s Planner Team is so excited to get to share with you the talented group of designers behind our 2022 planner (and a few quilty sneak peeks for fun)!
There are a total of 8 patterns in the Pattern section of the planner this year. We worked hard to have a variety of project types, sizes and techniques to keep you busy throughout 2022!
The Checkerboard Sampler, our 2022 BOM sampler quilt, was designed by the incredibly talented Cheryl Brickey of Meadowmist Designs. Cheryl has designed several sampler quilts for us, and we are so happy to have her back this year! The Checkerboard Sampler finishes at 65 1/2″ square.

Sylvia Schaefer, known for her science-themed quilts, is the designer behind Science, Baby! — an inspiring, science-themed baby quilt finishing at 36″ square. This is the perfect gift for inquisitive little ones!

We all have a scrap stash in need of busting, and the amazing Leanne Parsons has given us a perfect project! Scrappy Playground, finishing at 60″ x 72″, is a scrap collector’s dream.

Christine Slote joins the Quilter’s Planner team with Palace Walk, a beautiful wall hanging finishing at 11″ x 25″. Christine has a fantastic eye for color and loves connecting with quilters across the globe.

We are so happy to have our social media manager, Sarah Ashford, contribute a quilt pattern in 2022. It’s no secret that our team loves rainbows, so Sarah designed the Windmill Quilt, a sweet rainbow baby quilt pattern finishing at 48″ x 60″

Lynett Muhaso is a rising star in the quilting world, and we are so thrilled to have her join our team with her Joyful Moments pattern. Finishing at 62″ x 72″, this curved-piecing quilt has a striking design and is a great opportunity to play with color and pattern.

Jemima Flendt is known for her modern, fun designs, and her Luminous Stars pillow does not disappoint! Finishing at 18 1/2″ square, this is a perfect quick project to update your living space or give as a gift!

The final designer on our 2022 roster is the unstoppable Brett Lewis. Since 2016, Brett has been busy sewing, designing patterns and creating wonderful fabric collections! His pattern, Range Road, was made using his latest fabric collection, Prairie Meadow. Finishing at 72 1/2″ x 80 1/2″, Range Road is the largest of our 2022 patterns.
